A practice to pause time

Dear Reader

Is it just me, or does time seem to by flying?

For so many years, meditation has been a salve, a place of refuge and a source of inspiration for me.

But one it’s hidden powers it the way it can suspend time. For all its many benefits, this is one that I love the most. Especially these days, when time never seems to be enough 😅

I was a bit surprised recently when I realized that a full year has gone by since the Exhale meditation practice came to be.

It emerged intentionally as a place to land, to ground and to release all we’ve been carrying, all week long. It was meant to be a space to devote to self-care and to practice wellbeing, collectively. And it has been just that.

This Friday, practice will be a celebration!🎉 A moment to pause and stretch time. A chance to observe and notice what’s present now - one year later.

Whether you join each week or have popped in only once before, you are invited to begin again, tomorrow at 7pm EST. A 30-minute practice is not much time, but it does make a difference.

As time rolls on, the format may change. For now, join me in celebrating this small milestone. 🙌🏽 It’s an honour to hold this space.

Shanti 🙏🏽 Peace
